A Renaissance is a term to describe an era of creativity, understanding, and new beginnings. It was a period between the 14th and 17th century that brought our modern civilization out of the dark ages and into an age of enlightenment. “Renaissance”, or “Rebirth” in French, is symbolic to our clients new beginnings whom we help them work towards each and every day. Like the Renaissance era, we work together with you to end the dark age of your life with a game plan to achieve the vision you have for your life.
All of our Renaissance counselors are licensed, trained, and non-judgmental professionals with a passion for you to see your life goals accomplished and problems solved. Every counseling service that we offer at our north Dallas location addresses a problem that we have encountered in our own walk of life. So we treat each client with confidentiality and understanding.
Renaissance Counseling Founder and Lead Renaissance Counselor:
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples achieve happier and more fulfilling lives. As a relationship expert, therapist, and founder of Renaissance Counseling Center I believe we all face challenges on the road to personal and relationship success. And we all need help overcoming those obstacles.
Prior to being called into the counseling field, I was an IT executive in corporate America with over 20 years’ experience leading successful organizations. I was also a former radio talk show host and founded a non-profit dedicated to helping those affected by Alzheimer’s. I have been happily married for over 29 years and a proud father of two adult sons. These real-life relationships, leadership, and mentoring experiences have contributed to my unique ability to understand and inspire thousands on their journey to greater happiness.
I am a Licensed Professional and National Certified Counselor. I hold two Master’s degrees: one in Counseling from the University of North Texas and the other in Information Technology and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, where I also received a Bachelors in Psychology.
When I’m not assisting his clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife and my two adult sons.
